Hey there! I’m Arielle.

I’m Arielle, the owner of Rooted and a licensed massage therapist. I’ve been practicing for nearly five years, and over that time I’ve learned that good massage has a lot less to do with following a routine and a lot more to do with paying attention to the person in front of you.

My work ranges from very light lymphatic drainage to deeper, more targeted massage, with a lot of myofascial and nervous-system-focused work mixed in. I don’t believe deeper always means better, and I adjust each session based on what your body is actually responding to that day.

Caregiving has always come naturally to me, and massage ended up being a way to turn that part of myself into work I genuinely enjoy. More than anything, I want people to feel comfortable, listened to, and like they had someone actually paying attention to them while they were here.
