Arielle meets your body where it is. With advanced training in myofascial techniques and a
specialty in calming the nervous system and lymphatic drainage, she blends focused therapeutic
work with the kind of unhurried care that lets your whole system settle.
Her work ranges from very light lymphatic drainage to deeper, more targeted massage, and she
doesn’t believe deeper always means better; each session adjusts to what your body is
actually responding to that day.
